Arranging babysitters couldn’t be easier – we’re contactable Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 6pm (9:30am – 6pm on Saturdays) and you can make bookings online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you’re a member you can book babysitters through the online booking system, a phone call or by email – whatever suits you best.
We organise the rest.
(We will always choose a babysitter who has relevant experience with the particular age range requested).
As soon as we’ve arranged a babysitter for you, we confirm the booking by email and text, outlining the booking info and giving you a description of your babysitter and their experience. You’ll also receive a reminder email on the day before the booking.
When re-booking we always try to book your preferred babysitter for you.
